WP JobSearch turns any WordPress site into a complete recruitment platform. Employers can publish openings and manage applicants, candidates can build professional profiles and apply in a few clicks, and you stay in control of the entire marketplace, including how it makes money.
Every user gets a dedicated front-end dashboard. Employers can post and edit listings, mark positions as filled, review applicants, shortlist or reject them, message candidates, save profiles and manage team members. Candidates can maintain a resume with education, experience, skills, portfolio and awards, upload CVs and cover letters, track their applications, save favorite jobs and follow companies.
Choose how applications reach employers: internal applications handled inside your site, external links to another website, or direct email applications. Employers can add screening questions, and you can require a login or allow guests to apply, with verification codes and rate limiting to keep spam out.
Visitors can find what they need through keyword, sector, skill, job type and location filters, including radius-based search and map views powered by Google Maps, OpenStreetMap or Mapbox. Jobs, employers and candidates all get their own sortable listings and detail pages, with clean permalinks and custom fields you can add to any of them.
Sell packages for job posts, featured and urgent listings, CV downloads, candidate profile promotion and subscriptions through WooCommerce. You decide what is free and what is paid, and you can assign packages manually when you need to.
Candidates receive alerts when matching jobs are published, and employers can instantly match new openings with suitable profiles. A built-in email template editor lets you customize every notification with your own branding, send test emails and control sender details.
Fill your site with listings from job aggregators such as Indeed and others, including scheduled imports, so a new portal never looks empty.
Candidates can generate polished PDF resumes from ready-made CV templates. Admins and employers can export applicant data to Excel. Optional add-ons bring Zoom meetings and a built-in chat between employers and candidates.
Users can sign up with email or phone verification or log in through Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and XING. You can block spam domains, restrict who can see candidate contact details, and rely on protected CV and attachment storage, nonce checks and regular security updates.
